“Not on My Watch” is a personal journey of a mom who saw a need to step out of her comfort zone and make a difference in her community, her state and her nation. It is a call to action!
Many people curse the darkness and complain about what is wrong in society, without providing any light. Monica Boyer’s story is different. Not on My Watch is the story of one mom who saw her country falling apart at the seams and felt she had to do something about it. It is a story of courage and a story of perseverance. Monica didn’t start out yearning to be the President of a dynamic freedom movement called Kosciusko Silent NO More.
Nor did she envision herself one day as the co-founder of Hoosiers for a Conservative Senate. She was simply functioning as a middle-class mom, in middle-class America.
One day, while Monica was out driving, she happened to take a glance back into her rear view mirror. She saw four little reasons sitting in her own back seat, to become involved. The children God had given to her. That particular day, the headlines seemed daunting, the future was unclear, and those four children meant so much to her. She had to do what she could to pass on an America that was no less great, than the one that was afforded to her.
Not on My Watch is the story of a mom who felt that she had to do something. Even if her efforts ended up in vain. This is the story of her courage to stand up and take action, in order to make a difference in her community, her state and the nation. It will give you hope and encouragement and challenge you to make difference for the sake of your children and grandchildren to whom we will all leave this great country.
And so, for the past eight years, she has been actively involved in the political process, being a watchdog for family values and protecting the sanctity of life. Three years ago, she took further steps, and accepted the commitment to protect freedom by becoming a leader in the TEA party movement. With passion for her God, a commitment to country, and the burning desire as a wife and mother to safeguard her family…she has committed her life to continue the fight at the local, state and national level.
